Urban renewal has had a staggering impact on how Portland has developed, and explaining it to the public what it is sometimes not an easy feat.
But a new video from the Portland Development Commission tires to do just that.
The video, which is very Portland, features a string of passersby who aren’t sure what the project is, but want it to produce more of the things the city is known for (bikes, sustainable buildings, etc.)
