The two topics will be part of the agenda during a public forum sponsored by the Citizen Review Committee, a 9-person volunteer organization appointed by the Portland City Council.
The session, scheduled for Thursday, Oct, 28 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Kaiser Permanente’s Town Hall, 3704 N. Interstate Ave., is open to the public.
