Robots battle it out during a robotics showcase at OMSI.
Edge-of-your-seat excitement takes center stage when robots battle it out for the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry’s annual Robotics Showcase, Saturday, Oct. 23 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the OMSI auditorium.
High school robotics teams from throughout Oregon and Vancouver with gather for the day of mechanical madness, combining the fun and challenges of sport, as well as scientific innovation and teamwork .
Families are encouraged to come get an up-close look at these 120-pound student-designed robots in action. Entry to the event is included with regular museum admission.
