Vaccines provided free to children in need to stay in school
Multnomah Education Service District has scheduled three community clinics for children in need of required vaccines to stay in school. To be eligible for the free vaccines, children must have no health insurance, or be on the Oregon Health Plan or have insurance that does not cover immunizations or be unable to afford co-payments.
The clinic schedule:
Wednesday, December 1, 2010, 3-7 p.m. and Wednesday, February 16, 2011, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Families are asked to bring to the clinic a Certificate of Immunization Status form or any other immunization records.
