The U. S. Marshals Service, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers, is asking for your help in locating two federal fugitives.

In March, a husband and wife duo were sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for conspiracy to defraud the United States, and then released with a self-surrender date of May 23.

Although they were placed on electronic monitoring, the couple detached the monitors and are now considered fugitives from justice.

The couple has roots in Mesa, Ariz. and Elgin, Ore., and Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case. You may remain anonymous.

Micaela Renee Dutson, 48, is 5 feet and 6 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She has used alias names of Michele and Michelene McShea.

Tony Dutson, 53, is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has gray hair and blue eyes.

To report any information, you can call Crime Stoppers at 503-823-HELP (4357) or leave a tip online at crimestoppersoforegon.com. You can also text 823HELP to CRIMES (274697).
