Father’s Day concert at Pioneer Courthouse Square
You’re invited to spend Father’s Day – Sunday, June 19, at Pioneer Courthouse Square, downtown, for the first annual Cool Summer Sunday of Jazz, presented by Portland Prime, U.S. Bank and other sponsors.
The showcase event will feature live performances by national artists Mike Philips, Kirk Whalum, Kim Waters and Kenny Latimore, Mel Brown, Soul Vaccination, Thara Memory and other special invited guests. There will also be food and cocktails.
Doors open at noon with performances scheduled through 11 p.m. General admission tickets are $35. A percentage of the proceeds will help support Self Enhancement, Inc., a nonprofit organization helping at-risk urban youth.
