Funeral services for Patricia Ann Chatfield, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, will be held Thursday, Aug. 4 at 9:30 a.m. at Love Temple Church of God in Christ, 8660 N. Willamette Blvd.
She was born on Oct. 13, 1947 and died on July 30, 2011.
We will miss her smile and her kind heart. We thank God for the times we shared with her; she was forever loved and will never be forgotten.
