candy shop, which provides healthy inexpensive options while serving local residents deserts catered to their own unique taste buds.
Candy Korner Balloon shop opened in January 2010, founded by Edy Jones and her family.
The shop provides innovated deserts, including several gourmet chocolates, retro candy, saltwater taffy, chocolate covered potato chips and self serve yogurt with a variety of toppings.
According to Edy, the store is like a story that begins with a sample cup and ends with someone’s favorite assortment of different flavors of frozen yogurt and toppings in a large cup.
“We know it sounds unusual, but trust us when we say that one bite will turn you into a fan-for-life,” she said.
Some of the offered flavors of the self-serve frozen yogurt include: New York cheesecake, chocolate, sugar-free blueberry, maple bacon, orchard cherries, apple pie, pumpkin, and red velvet, which contain only 90 calories per serving and zero grams of fat.
Although the flavors are constantly changing, Edy said frozen yogurt is much healthier than ice cream, and the shop offers non-dairy and sugar-free sorbet.
Candy Korner is sure to please almost anyone!
