A 10-year veteran of the Portland Police Bureau was arrested by Vancouver Police and placed in the Clark County Jail Monday.
According to officials, Officer James Botaitis went to his estranged wife’s apartment, pulled a gun and threatened at to kill a man who was in the home.
He faces felony charges of burglary, assault and criminal harassment.
