Michael Leonard
Michael Leonard, 43, was arrested Monday in connection with a July 12 homicide at the Village Green Apartments, located at 15278 N.E. Sandy Blvd.
The victim, Dion Anthony Matthews, 40, died at the scene.
Police said witnesses provided information to North Precinct and Gang Enforcement Team officers and Homicide detectives that were critical to solving the case.
Leonard was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on a charge of murder.
