D’Anthony Dancer
The community is invited to help the Dancer-Lewis family raise donations to pay expenses related to an illness to their 9-year-old son D’Anthony Dancer who is battling terminal cancer.
‘Bowl for Blessings’ will be held Thursday, July 26, from 6 to 9 pm at Interstate Lanes, 6049 N. Interstate Ave., where a donation of $11 will include two games and shoes.
On Sunday, July 29, an all day dining event will be held at Applebee’s Restaurant, 1439 N.E. Halsey St., where coupons will be administered by restaurant management that will dedicate a portion of sales to the Dancer-Lewis family.
The fundraising events are made possible through several community sponsors, including NICHE’ Public Relations, Terry Family Funeral Home, Legacy Randall Children’s Hospital, Applebee’s Restaurant, The Skanner, US Bank, Interstate Lanes, Hospice, Salvation Army, Andi Panda’s and Child Care Center.
