Fighting out of northeast Portland’s Curt’s Ultimate Fitness & Fighting Arts gym, Isaac Shelton enters 2015 undefeated awaiting a March 14 match against a yet to be named opponent at Prime Fighting V in Ridgefield, Wash.

Shelton upped his amateur record to 3-0 with a Nov. 8 victory at the Budo Fights XI in Bend with a first round rear naked choke submission

“It was easy” said Shelton, about the match against Chayse Miller.

Shelton found himself on top of Miller after his opponent’s failed takedown and attempt to frame up a triangle choke. Shelton simply picked Miller up and slammed himself free. Shelton then softened Miller up with punches and elbows—eventually forcing Miller to the mat.
