Associate Professor - The School of Social Work at Portland State University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Associate Professor. Our School seeks applicants to teach in the Master of Social Work program with a substantive focus on research and scholarship, teaching, and service in the area of health across the lifespan with a focus on aging.
Assistant or Associate Professor of Practice - The Master of Social Work program in Portland State University’s School of Social Work invites applications for one non-tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor of Practice. Our program seeks applicants to provide instruction in the MSW program advanced clinical practice sequence, foundation practice courses, and electives. Various assignments for non-tenure track instructional and research faculty may include direct instruction, supporting scholarly activities, and service to the University, community, and profession.
