Musician Mo Phillips will be one of the performers during a series of free events for kids and teens during spring break in Beaverton and sponsored by the Beaverton City Library.

Beaverton City Library will host more than a week of free events for kids and teens at the main library and Murray Scholls branch during spring break, March 25 to April 2.

Stories, crafts and many opportunities to sing, dance and create DIY instruments will be featured. Special guest artists include Mo Phillips and Classical Up Close with musicians from the Oregon Symphony Orchestra.

The main library will host an exciting series of programs just for teens, including retro Oregon Trail gamming and making smartphone projectors, along with movies and games.
