Architectural and Engineering Services for the Orchestra Shell Replacement for the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall

Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, is requesting proposals for architectural and engineering services for the orchestra shell replacement for the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall.

The project scope includes the directly related aspects of the preparation of the hall for Meyer Sound Lab’s Constellation system, a visual orchestra shell, on stage concert lighting, and replacement proscenium fire safety curtain, and coordination with the related projects for decorative curtains and a house lighting LED source retrofit.

Sealed submissions are due no later than 2:00 p.m. November 9, 2017 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFP 3414.
