White Bird Closes Our 23/24 Season with Sydney Dance Company

White Bird is thrilled to present the internationally celebrated Sydney Dance Company, marking the grand crescendo of our 2023/24 Season. Sydney Dance Company will perform Artistic Director Rafael Bonachela’s masterpiece, ab[intra], considered “contemporary dance at its most evocative and beautiful” (Time Out).
The company will grace the prestigious Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall stage on April 10, with a runtime of 70 minutes. Celebrated for its ability to connect deeply with audiences, ab[intra], which means 'from within' in Latin, is a powerful exploration of the instinctive drive within us all.
It is more than a dance performance; “it is an emotional experience that resonates with the soul," says Bonachela. Described by Limelight as 'dazzling, electrifying, heartfelt,' this piece stands as a testament to the intensity of human existence.
