For On-Call Services for Water Well & Pump Station Repairs and Maintenance

The City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide maintenance and repair services for the City’s wells. Pumps, boosters, and electric motor assemblies on an on-call, as-needed basis. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and other means necessary to complete the work. The contract awarded will be for a maximum duration of five (5) years and up to $500,000.

This project is a public works project subject to the State of Oregon prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. No proposal will be considered unless it contains a statement by the proposer that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, as applicable, pertaining to prevailing wages, shall be included as part of the awarded contract.
Proposers may attend the optional pre-proposal meeting at Milwaukie Public Works Campus 6101 SE Johnson Creek Blvd, Milwaukie, OR 97206 at 10:00 a.m. PDT on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025.
Questions related to this RFP are due by 2:00 p.m. PDT on Monday April 7th, 2025.
Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. PDT, on Tuesday, April 15th, 2025. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. There will be no formal opening of proposals.
